Vizo Cut Pro Terms of Use

Ownership

Vizo Cut Pro is the exclusive original product of Yugrixa Technologies. The app, brand, timeline, First cut, Spark AI, Looks, Face lock, and related features were designed and built by Yugrixa Technologies. Yugrixa Technologies holds 100% credit for building this app. There is no ownership share, joint venture, endorsement, or product partnership with CapCut, VN, KineMaster, Adobe, ByteDance, Meta, Apple, Google (as a product partner), or any other video editor or platform.

References to Google Play, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, or similar names only describe distribution or share destinations. They do not imply ownership, affiliation, or partnership.

Your content

You keep the rights to footage you own. Do not import or generate content you are not allowed to use. Exports are yours to post; you are responsible for what you publish.

Premium

A 7-day studio trial may unlock Premium features on this device. Paid Premium unlocks after a valid Google Play or App Store purchase of product ids vizocut_premium (lifetime) or vizocut_premium_monthly (subscription). Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies. Cloud Spark needs a network connection and may be limited by quota.

Security

The app is built to protect your account and media. You must not hack, reverse-engineer for attack purposes, or misuse the service against other users or third-party apps.

Licensed components (not partners)

Vizo Cut Pro may include licensed software and fonts (for example Flutter, FFmpeg Kit, Google Firebase / ML Kit, and Poppins under the SIL Open Font License). Those licensors are not owners, co-developers, or partners of Vizo Cut Pro. Product ownership and build credit remain 100% with Yugrixa Technologies.
